Being a computer science entrepreneur is one of the most toughest job. Managing clients, employees and group member along with the other operational things at the very same time is like sitting on the hot seat for all day long. Being so pro-active but it still get mingled at the end of each month. Plannings and meetings couldn't help us to find our right directions into the world of IT. How to grow our company up to standard CMM level 3 has been a billion $ question written all over our faces and we are unable to seek the answer to that question although we set goals and objectives to accomplish it but we are still lacking something  to be so close enough to our success. However we haven't achieved success in our ways but still we are walking on the track of invaders with the faith of victory. 

I have not failed. I have merely found 10,000 ways that won't work.

After many years of struggle in the field of geeks re-entering into the world of blog to throw my hard times into the paper. Returning back to home from US back in 2008 finding my ways to be the part of this world how ever i wasn't the genius but the true struggler. Graduating among the nerds was the biggest achievement of my entire life. In 2010, July, seeking for the very first job of my life right after graduation being a software engineer it was never an easy job to be a part of a superb company any how I manage to crunch the job in mobility along with my expected salary. After 3 months or so I switched myself among the list of entrepreneurs and there goes the roller coaster ride in my life. Self learning and leading from the front is the responsibility of entrepreneur and I tagged myself with these two words after 2 years of skirmish now here I stand named Muhammad Salman Ali , CVO (Chief Visionary officer) The Paksoft Global Private Limited.
